CityJet Fleet Upgrades

02 October 2024 :  CityJet's first CRJ900 to be painted into the new SAS colours has entered service from the airline's Copenhagen base.  A further five CRJ900s are scheduled to be repainted by the end of 2024, with more to follow in 2025.

In addition to the exterior paint, the interiors of the aircraft are also planned to be upgraded in early-2025, with new leather seats and a refresh of the overall cabin decor.

The investment comes as part of CityJet's newly-extended long term contract with SAS which under which it will continue to provide its aircraft on wet lease services to SAS from its crew bases in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
