you must contact these airlines directly regarding any questions or issues, including any requests or questions relating to online check-in, baggage allowances, special handling requests (bicycles, pets, outsize baggage etc.), fares, compensation claims (including EU261) and disruptions.

CityJet can not process customer service requests or engage in communications with passengers relating to any flights we operate. You must contact the airline for whom we operate the service via their customer service contact channel and refer to this website message when you contact them.

Customer Support Notice

All CityJet flights are performed on behalf of customer airlines under a wet lease agreement. These flights will show as “Operated by CityJet” on the customer airline booking system. CityJet does not provide customer support for these flights, so all correspondence regarding flights performed by CityJet on behalf of Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and SAS (or their codeshare partners), including comments, claims (including relating to EU261 compensation) and questions, must be sent directly to these airlines using the links above. CityJet does not process any customer requests in relation to these flights.

Charter Notice

CityJet no longer offers ad hoc charter flights using its fleet.
