CityJet Fleet
CityJet operates a fleet of 21 CRJ900 and six CRJ1000 regional jets, built by Bombardier in Montreal, Canada. A further CRJ1000 will join the fleet later this year.
The CRJ is powered by two General Electric CF34-8 turbofans and delivers the lowest fuel burn per trip for jet aircraft in its category. The CRJ is approved for the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and is ideally suited for regional markets where 180/190-seat aircraft will use almost 50% more fuel for the same journey.
CityJet operates a fleet of 21 88/90-seat CRJ900 aircraft and six 100-seat CRJ1000s. The majority of our CRJ900 aircraft operate under a wet lease contract for SAS Scandinavian Airlines, based in Copenhagen and Stockholm and with the CRJ1000 fleet based in Frankfurt and operating for Lufthansa.
